Think of a time when you made a
decision and then had to rethink it.
What kinds of emotions did that bring up?
Pray--
“Dear God, Thank you for being
the ultimate Counselor. Thank you
for being so close to us that you know our every thought and feeling before we
even recognize it. Thank you for
loving us enough to give us a choice but also loving us enough to lead us
through those choices. Help us to
remember that every temptation is a choice and that we can be mighty in
choosing Your will. Help us to
hear you, God, as you speak to us through Your word and Your world, Your people
and Your Son’s example. Lead us, O
God, on Your path of righteousness. Amen.”
