Get Personal-
What makes you sad?
In what do you have faith?
In whom do you have faith?
Think back to a time, when you had to act on faith. Write about it.
Pray—
“Dear Lord,
Your are truly everywhere at all times. Your love is overwhelming. I can feel secure in your hands knowing
that I am yours. When I think over
my life, there are times when I did not see you there, but you were. I did not hear your voice, but you were
speaking to me. Now, as I look
back, I know that you were there, watching and waiting. Help me to remember the sad times,
Lord, so that I can know that I can survive the sad times that are to
come. Help me to find the lessons
of the past experiences even if that lesson is simply that I will survive and
in doing so I can be an example to others. Thank you for your unconditional love. Thank you for making
me feel special. Thank you for
creating me to be one of your favorite children. I love you, Lord.”
