Sightseeing can really bring scriptures to life.  Here's some examples of how our reading through the bible in a year matched up with our trip to Ireland!  Praise God for His timing!

July 18--Isaiah 17: 1 and 2--"Look, Damascus is gone!  It is no longer a city--it has become a heap of ruins! The cities of Aroer are deserted..."

Deathly silence is everywhere.  Stillness reigns where once your hustling port was full of ships from Sidon, bringing merchandise from far across the ocean, from Egypt and along the Nile......."
